once the package is marked “delivered”, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
please be patient with orders around holiday times
PLEASE NOTE: Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
I am based in the United States. I ship prints for select countries (UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, New Zealand). If you are outside of that please email me at artbyeri98@gmail.com and I can give you a quote on shipping! I am based in the US, so shipping internationally typically costs around $20!
Shipping international can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, so please be patient if you have an international order!
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and handling fees. Once the package arrives in your country, please use the tracking number for your countries’ postal service to stay up to date on any additional fees!
Due to tariff expenses, I do not ship large original paintings internationally (I do ship my mini originals). If you’re interested in an original and are okay with the extra expenses, please email me at artbyeri98@gmail.com for rates of shipping originals overseas!
What is your return policy?
all sales are FINAL! I do not offer returns after packages are delivered
How are orders packaged?
All order are packaged and sent out by me! I do not drop ship my prints
prints & posters are rolled, bagged, and sent in an eco-friendly mailer tube
mini originals are wrapped with protective paper, covered in bubble wrap, and packaged in a small box with packing peanuts
original paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap, protected with foam corner protectors, and double boxed to avoid damages
What paints do you use?
I use “Golden Acrylic” for my acrylic paintings
I use Winsor & Newton Oil Colour paint tubes for my oil paintings
my brushes are typically Aspen Princeton brand
I paint on gallery wrapped canvases
Do you accept commissions?
I am open for most commissions! I normally accept them based on subject matter (I mostly focus on floral paintings or video game paintings). If you are interested please reach out through artbyeri98@gmail.com
If you’re interested in a video game painting, I kindly ask to provide the screenshots of exactly what you’d like. Please take screenshots of your gameplay to send over- it will help me determine pricing
Do you sell original paintings?
Yes! I have select originals at the very bottom of my shop

the pricing of my paintings are reflected by how long they took me. Each painting is unique in price
